KAYAK HOTELS GROUP EXPANDS FOOTPRINT IN HAMPTON ROADS, VIRGINIA

Kayak Hotels Group, is pleased to announce that effective May 7, 2019, the Courtyard by Marriott, Hampton Coliseum Central is under their management. The property is located conveniently near the coliseum in Hampton, Virginia. Kayak Hotels Group, founded in 2009 by Kalpak Shah, CEO is based out of Richmond, Virginia. This is the second hotel in the Hampton Roads area that Kayak Hotels Group owns and manages. Brandon L. Snuffer, President and COO commented, “We are thrilled to add another Marriott asset to our portfolio. This is our second Courtyard by Marriott acquisition. We love the brand and the amenities that it offers guests. Obviously we love Hampton Roads and are looking forward to continuing to build relationships within the community.”
Renovation discussions are already underway with a tentative completion date of December 2019.

Kayak Hotels Group, is pleased to announce that effective June 18, 2018, the company will be increasing their portfolio as they bring online the TownePlace Suites, Charlotte University Research Park, formerly owned by Summit Hospitality Group. Kayak Hotels Group, founded in 2009 by Kalpak Shah, is based out of Richmond, Virginia. Newly appointed President and current COO Brandon Snuffer stated, “We are elated to expand our holdings to the greater Charlotte area and look forward to extending our hospitality to the residents and visitors to Charlotte, the Queen City.”
