KHG has a team with over 60 years of hospitality leadership and experience in all phases of hospitality operations. Kayak culture is a way of life at all of our hotels. We establish this through "KHG Orienation" which covers a multitude of key components of a service culture. We also build in franchised required training's which are critical to individual property success.


Kayak provides hands on training for all departments. One of of core beliefs is investing in people and they invest in us.
